This bright red peppercorn is not actually a peppercorn at all. It may mimic the taste, look and even smell but it is actually from the Baies Rose tree.

Origins: Originally from Indonesia to India. Currently, they are grown largely in Florida.

Growing: These vines grow great in California and Florida.

Tips & tricks: Peppercorns are best used as a garnish. Crush pink peppercorns instead of grinding.
